What inspired you to start creating content, and how has your focus evolved over time?
I began creating content 10 years ago, in my mid-50s, while rebuilding my life after almost losing my life to late-stage Lyme Disease. At the time, women over 50 were invisible - not just online, but in our culture. There was no community, no sense of belonging and not a sisterhood in sight.
So I created what I needed.
At first, it was about healing my own heart.
Very quickly, it became about healing a collective one.
And while the world was busy chasing “influencers,” I was building something different - a movement centered around real women and real connection. Ten years later, that hasn’t changed. We’ve simply evolved from content into community, from inspiration into transformation, and from a personal platform into a global Ageless Revolution.
Because the future is not influencer-driven - the future is woman-driven via community and connection.
How does your age and life experience shape the kind of content you share today?
I didn’t just reinvent myself in my 50s - I completely reimagined who I could become.
That’s my WHY. I create content that inspires and empowers women to choose their own path, to own their voice, and to define beauty, success, and purpose on their terms. Age isn’t a limitation unless you allow it to be. Age is energy. And, that’s infinite.
Midlife isn’t a crisis - it’s a creative awakening.
I love to inspire women to live in an Ageless State of Mind. It’s far more important to focus on how you want to feel versus how you look.
The years at midlife & beyond are a powerful time to shift our focus from pleasing others to expressing your truest self.

What message do you hope to share with women (or men) 45 and older through your platform?
You are the writer, director, and star of your own life, now more than ever.
There are no rules.
No preconceived timelines.
No expiration dates.
Everything you desire - joy, confidence, purpose, passion, beauty and power - begins inside of you. My message is simple:
When you love yourself more, your entire world expands.
That is the essence of Becoming Ageless in Mind, Body & Spirit to live in an Ageless State of Mind.
That’s what I want every woman of every age to know.
What misconceptions about midlife or aging do you want to change through your influence?
That aging is something to fear.
That women “decline.”
That becoming older is a liability.
None of that is true.
The real secret?
Aging gives you depth, discernment, wisdom, life experience, insight and fire.
It gives you something you can’t buy: substance and character.
Aging isn’t the end of your story - it’s the part where the heroine finally awakens and steps into her power. I’m the “Inside Out Girl” - with 30+ years in natural wellness, energy healing along with a Masters In Spiritual Psychology and certified as a meditation teacher, I’ve built a powerful toolbox to help women reclaim that truth.

My audience is made up of women 40+ who crave connection, belonging, confidence, reinvention, and joy - women who are done playing small and who want to feel seen in a world that often overlooks them.
