I was formerly the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of PageDaily.com, a website where I shared expert tips and product recommendations in beauty, fashion, and wellness. After that chapter ended, I wanted to continue creating inspiring content that helped women live their best and most balanced lives. The Glow Girl Life was born out of that desire to share lifestyle content focused on beauty from the inside out, covering everything from clean living and self-care to style and personal growth. Over time, my focus has evolved to include more wellness and mindset topics as I’ve learned firsthand how powerful they are for aging gracefully and maintaining a positive outlook.
How does your age and life experience shape the kind of content you share today?
Having navigated different chapters — career transitions, motherhood, and personal reinvention — I have a deeper understanding of what truly matters. My content reflects the lessons I’ve learned about slowing down, living with intention, and celebrating every season of life. I hope to share the message that life after 45 is an opportunity for growth, joy, and renewal. Aging doesn’t mean fading away; it’s a time to rediscover yourself and focus on what brings you happiness. I want people to see that it’s possible to stay vibrant, stylish, and fulfilled while embracing authenticity and grace.
What misconceptions about midlife or aging do you want to change through your influence?
One of the biggest misconceptions I hope to change is that aging diminishes a person’s value or relevance. I think midlife is one of the most empowering times in a woman’s life. With age comes wisdom, confidence, and the freedom to define success on your own terms. I want to show that growing older can actually be liberating and exciting.
